TERMS OF YOUR STAY

These Terms & Conditions govern reservations, accommodation, and the use of services and facilities provided by Hotel Jindal, Neemuch.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern reservations, accommodation and use of services and facilities provided by Hotel Jindal, Neemuch ("Hotel", "we", "us" or "our").

By making a reservation, checking in, staying at the Hotel, or using any Hotel service or facility, the guest ("Guest", "you" or "your") acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

The Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The Terms applicable to a reservation shall be those communicated or displayed at the time of booking, subject to applicable law.

Section 01

RESERVATIONS

1.1 All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation by the Hotel or the booking platform through which the reservation is made.

1.2 A reservation shall be considered confirmed only after the Hotel has issued a confirmation or the applicable booking platform has confirmed the reservation.

1.3 The Guest is responsible for providing accurate information, including name, contact details, number of guests, arrival date, departure date and any special requirements.

1.4 The Hotel reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation where the information provided is materially inaccurate, fraudulent or misleading, subject to applicable law.

1.5 Rates, inclusions, taxes, cancellation conditions and payment requirements may vary according to the room category, rate plan, promotional offer, booking channel and dates of stay.

Section 02

DIRECT BOOKINGS AND THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS

2.1 Reservations made directly with Hotel Jindal shall be governed by these Terms together with the specific terms communicated by the Hotel at the time of booking.

2.2 Reservations made through online travel agencies ("OTAs") or other third-party booking platforms shall additionally be subject to the terms, cancellation policy and payment conditions displayed by that platform.

2.3 Where an OTA or third-party booking platform specifies a different cancellation, payment or modification condition for a particular rate, the conditions displayed and accepted at the time of booking shall apply to that reservation.

2.4 The Hotel shall not be responsible for errors, delays, refunds or modifications arising solely from the systems or policies of a third-party booking platform.

Section 03

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

3.1 The standard check-in and check-out times applicable to the reservation shall be communicated in the booking confirmation or at the time of reservation.

3.2 Early check-in is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the Hotel.

3.3 Late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

3.4 Where a Guest wishes to extend the stay beyond the confirmed departure date, such extension shall be subject to room availability and payment of the applicable room rate and taxes.

3.5 The Hotel may require a Guest who wishes to extend their stay to settle outstanding dues before the extension is confirmed.

Section 04

GUEST IDENTIFICATION AND REGISTRATION

4.1 All Guests are required to provide valid identification and other information required by the Hotel at the time of check-in.

4.2 The Hotel may request an original government-issued photo identification document for verification.

4.3 Foreign nationals shall provide the identification and immigration-related documents required under applicable Indian laws and regulations.

4.4 The Guest shall provide accurate information for the registration record. The Hotel may refuse check-in where legally required identification or registration information is not provided.

4.5 The primary Guest making the reservation must satisfy the minimum age and identification requirements applicable to the reservation.

Section 05

OCCUPANCY AND ADDITIONAL GUESTS

5.1 Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy applicable to the booked room category.

5.2 Any additional person, bed or accommodation arrangement shall be subject to availability and applicable charges.

5.3 The Hotel's published tariff specifies an additional person/bed charge of ₹300, subject to the applicable room category and prevailing Hotel policy.

5.4 Any additional guest must be properly registered with the Hotel and provide the identification required by the Hotel.

5.5 Visitors who are not registered Guests may be subject to Hotel rules, identification requirements and applicable restrictions.

Section 06

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS

6.1 Accommodation of children shall be subject to the occupancy limits and room configuration applicable to the booked room.

6.2 Additional bedding, where available, may attract additional charges.

6.3 Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for the supervision and safety of children during their stay.

6.4 Any child-related charges, meal charges or additional accommodation charges shall be communicated at the time of booking or charged according to the applicable Hotel policy.

Section 07

ROOM TARIFF, TAXES AND PAYMENT

7.1 Room rates are those confirmed at the time of booking and may vary according to room category, dates, booking channel, promotional offers and availability.

7.2 Applicable government taxes and statutory charges shall be payable in addition to the room tariff where applicable.

7.3 The Guest shall settle all applicable charges before departure unless credit arrangements have been expressly approved by the Hotel.

7.4 Charges may include, without limitation:

  • Room accommodation
  • Applicable taxes
  • Food and beverages
  • Room service
  • Laundry and dry-cleaning
  • Additional bedding
  • Telephone or communication services, where applicable
  • Damage or loss of Hotel property
  • Any other service specifically requested or consumed by the Guest

7.5 The Hotel reserves the right to require advance payment, a deposit or other payment guarantee for selected reservations, promotional rates, group bookings or where otherwise considered necessary.

Section 08

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

8.1 Cancellation and modification conditions shall depend upon the applicable booking, rate plan and booking channel.

8.2 Where a specific cancellation deadline is stated in the booking confirmation, cancellation must be made within that period to avoid applicable cancellation charges.

8.3 Promotional, prepaid, non-refundable or specially negotiated rates may carry different cancellation and modification conditions.

8.4 Any cancellation charge shall be calculated in accordance with the policy applicable to the particular reservation.

8.5 Requests for changes to dates, room category, occupancy or other booking details are subject to availability and may result in a change in tariff.

8.6 Cancellation requests should be made through the same booking channel through which the reservation was made, wherever applicable.

Section 09

NO-SHOW

9.1 A reservation may be treated as a "No-Show" where the Guest does not arrive for check-in and has not cancelled or otherwise communicated with the Hotel within the applicable cancellation period.

9.2 No-show charges shall be governed by the cancellation/no-show conditions applicable to the particular reservation.

9.3 For prepaid or non-refundable reservations, the amount paid may be retained in accordance with the applicable booking terms.

Section 10

EARLY DEPARTURE

10.1 If a Guest checks out before the confirmed departure date, any refund or applicable charge shall depend upon the cancellation and rate conditions applicable to the reservation.

10.2 Non-refundable or specially contracted rates may not be eligible for a refund for unused nights.

10.3 Guests intending to shorten their stay are requested to inform the Hotel as early as possible.

Section 11

HOTEL PROPERTY AND DAMAGES

11.1 Guests are responsible for the Hotel room, furnishings, fixtures, equipment and other property provided for their use.

11.2 Any loss, breakage, damage, misuse or removal of Hotel property may result in charges being levied against the Guest.

11.3 The Hotel reserves the right to recover the reasonable cost of repair, replacement or restoration of damaged or missing property.

11.4 The Guest may be required to settle such charges before departure or subsequently where the damage is discovered after check-out.

11.5 Normal wear and tear shall not be treated as damage.

Section 12

PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND VALUABLES

12.1 Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings and valuables during their stay.

12.2 Guests are advised not to leave cash, jewellery, electronic devices or other valuables unattended.

12.3 The Hotel shall not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings except to the extent required by applicable law.

12.4 Guests should immediately report any loss or suspected theft to Hotel management.

Section 13

LOST AND FOUND

13.1 Any property found on Hotel premises shall be handled in accordance with the Hotel's Lost and Found procedure.

13.2 Guests who believe they have left an item at the Hotel should contact the Hotel as soon as reasonably possible and provide sufficient details to identify the item.

13.3 Where an item is identified and retained by the Hotel, the Guest may be required to bear applicable packing, courier or delivery charges for its return.

Section 14

SMOKING

14.1 Smoking shall be permitted or prohibited only in areas specifically designated by the Hotel.

14.2 Smoking in areas where it is prohibited by law or Hotel policy is not permitted.

14.3 The Hotel reserves the right to recover reasonable cleaning, restoration or damage charges resulting from smoking in prohibited areas.

Section 15

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

15.1 Hotel Jindal operates a pure-vegetarian restaurant and provides food and beverage services subject to the Hotel's operating hours and availability.

15.2 Outside food and beverages may be restricted in accordance with Hotel policy, applicable health and safety requirements and the conditions communicated to the Guest.

15.3 Food or beverages ordered through room service or the Hotel restaurant shall be charged separately unless expressly included in the applicable room package.

Section 16

PETS AND ANIMALS

16.1 Pets and animals are not permitted within the Hotel premises unless expressly authorised by Hotel management.

16.2 Any exception shall be subject to prior approval and any applicable conditions or charges.

Section 17

GUEST CONDUCT

17.1 Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards Hotel employees, other Guests and Hotel property.

17.2 The following activities are prohibited:

  • Illegal or unlawful activities
  • Threatening, abusive or violent behaviour
  • Deliberate damage to Hotel property
  • Excessive noise or conduct causing unreasonable disturbance to other Guests
  • Use of the Hotel premises for unauthorised commercial or unlawful purposes
  • Any activity prohibited under applicable law

17.3 The Hotel may take appropriate action, including requiring a Guest to leave the premises, where permitted by applicable law, in cases of serious misconduct or violation of these Terms.

17.4 No refund shall automatically arise from termination of a stay resulting from a Guest's misconduct or violation of Hotel policy, subject to applicable law.

Section 18

PARTIES, EVENTS AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES

18.1 Parties, events, gatherings, filming, commercial activities or other activities involving persons beyond the registered occupancy may require prior approval from Hotel management.

18.2 The Hotel reserves the right to impose reasonable conditions, additional charges or restrictions for such activities.

18.3 Guests shall be responsible for ensuring that any approved activity does not disturb other Guests or violate applicable laws, safety requirements or Hotel policies.

Section 19

PARKING AND VEHICLES

19.1 Parking facilities, where provided, are subject to availability.

19.2 Guests must park vehicles only in designated or authorised areas.

19.3 Guests are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are properly locked and that valuables are not left inside.

19.4 The Hotel's liability in relation to vehicles shall be subject to applicable law and the specific nature of any parking arrangement provided by the Hotel.

Section 20

HOTEL SERVICES AND FACILITIES

20.1 Hotel facilities and services are subject to availability and their applicable operating hours.

20.2 The Hotel currently provides or may provide services including accommodation, restaurant and room service, Wi-Fi, laundry/dry cleaning, power backup and other guest services.

20.3 Operating hours, availability and service conditions may change due to maintenance, operational requirements, safety considerations or circumstances beyond the Hotel's reasonable control.

20.4 The Hotel shall make reasonable efforts to provide confirmed services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every facility at all times.

Section 21

HEALTH, SAFETY AND SECURITY

21.1 Guests must comply with reasonable health, safety and security instructions issued by the Hotel.

21.2 Guests must not interfere with fire safety equipment, emergency exits, alarms, electrical installations or other safety systems.

21.3 Any misuse or unauthorised interference with safety equipment may result in appropriate action and recovery of resulting costs, subject to applicable law.

21.4 Guests should immediately report any safety concern or emergency to Hotel staff.

Section 22

HOTEL'S RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE ACCOMMODATION

22.1 Subject to applicable law, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay where:

  • The Guest has provided materially false or misleading information
  • Required identification or registration information is not provided
  • The reservation is suspected to involve fraud or unlawful activity
  • The Guest materially violates these Terms
  • The Guest engages in serious misconduct or causes substantial disturbance
  • Continued accommodation presents a reasonable safety or security concern
  • Any other legally permissible ground requires the Hotel to do so

22.2 Where accommodation is refused or terminated for reasons attributable to the Guest, any refund shall be determined in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and applicable law.

Section 23

FORCE MAJEURE

23.1 The Hotel shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing accommodation or services where such failure results from circumstances beyond the Hotel's reasonable control.

23.2 Such circumstances may include natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic-related restrictions, government orders, civil disturbance, war, strikes, major utility failures or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

23.3 Where such circumstances materially affect a confirmed reservation, the Hotel shall make reasonable efforts to communicate with the Guest and, where practicable, provide an appropriate alternative or resolution subject to availability and applicable law.

Section 24

PRIVACY AND GUEST INFORMATION

24.1 The Hotel may collect and process Guest information necessary for reservation, registration, billing, guest services, security, legal compliance and other legitimate Hotel operations.

24.2 Information required by government authorities or law enforcement agencies shall be provided where the Hotel is legally required to do so.

24.3 The Hotel shall handle Guest information in accordance with applicable law and its applicable privacy practices.

Section 25

COMPLAINTS AND SERVICE CONCERNS

25.1 Guests are encouraged to bring any service issue or complaint to the attention of Hotel management during the stay so that the Hotel has a reasonable opportunity to address the matter.

25.2 Complaints should be supported by relevant details, including the reservation number, date of stay and nature of the concern, where applicable.

25.3 The Hotel shall make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate service concerns.

Section 26

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS AND HOTEL POLICIES

26.1 Requests to amend a reservation are subject to availability and the conditions applicable to the reservation.

26.2 The Hotel may modify its general policies, facilities, services or operating procedures from time to time.

26.3 Such changes shall not ordinarily alter the contractual terms of a confirmed reservation unless required by law or mutually agreed with the Guest.

Section 27

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

27.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.

27.2 Subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of any authority or forum having mandatory jurisdiction, disputes arising in connection with a direct booking or stay at the Hotel shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh .

27.3 Nothing in these Terms shall restrict any statutory right or remedy available to a Guest under applicable law.

Section 28

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue to remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

Section 29

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By making a reservation, providing payment or advance, checking into the Hotel, or using Hotel facilities or services, the Guest acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to read these Terms and agrees to comply with them.

Where the booking confirmation contains specific conditions that apply to the selected room or rate plan, those conditions shall form part of the Guest's booking.
